How long have you been in the construction industry?

I have just started, joining late 2024 having graduated from UCL in June 2024. I was excited to join Fox Construction and assist in making the business and operations more sustainable as we aim to be B Corp certified.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I enjoy having to constantly learn and adapt as we navigate the challenges sustainability can bring and aim to have a real, material impact.

Career highlight or project that you are most proud of?

Since starting out in this role, I have been able to apply elements of my Geography degree, such as carbon footprinting, into a real life business application as we work towards environmental certifications. I find this exciting and it is something I am proud of.

What is your passion outside of work?

Whilst I love travelling and exploring, since moving back to Cornwall I have decided to make the most of being by the sea and have been trying to learn to surf! I also enjoy wild swimming and coastal walks.
