So far 20 years.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Knowing that I make a difference. Seeing my efforts to support the business are worthwhile. Being a mentor and providing support and guidance where I can.

Career highlight or project that you are most proud of?

I am most proud of how far I've come during my career in construction. Starting as a Site Secretary, to becoming a Sustainability Coordinator, BREEAM/CCS champion, then Pre-construction Manager to now supporting Fox Construction as a growing business. 

What is your passion outside of work?

My son and my doggies are everything. Travelling, walking, generally living life and not stagnating. Its not a dress rehearsal!
