Spinnakers is a newly built home that replaces a former bungalow, which was demolished to make way for the new property. Spanning two floors, the building is designed to reside in a sloping site, with the ground floor cut into the landscape. This required the construction of over 50 metres of retaining walls.

Two existing barns were retained and refurbished, including new roofs and structural floors.
