Fox Construction Solutions delivered a comprehensive internal fit out and external works at the Ottery Building for Truro and Penwith College, located in Bodmin.

The internal works created a myriad of new educational spaces designed to equip students with skills for vital future roles. These included modern classrooms, computer labs, two fully equipped mock hospital wards for healthcare training, and dedicated engineering workshops. Complementing this, additional facilities such as a conference room, kitchen, refectory, staff offices and toilets were also constructed to support staff and students.

Externally, the project included the development of new parking and landscape areas.
