SPINNAKERS

Spinnakers is a new build house replacing an existing bungalow that was demolished. The new property is over two floors, with the ground floor cut into a sloping site, requiring over 50m of retaining walls.

Two old Barns were retained and refurbished including new roofs and structural floors.
